General characteristics
Bibi-C25 is designed for Time & Attendance registration with RFID Mfare® proximity cards. Recorder works in bibinet access control and T&A systems. bibi-C25 is able to communicate with the bibinet system node inside the local network or through the routers and internet. Transmission is encrypted. For each a single node bibinet system can connect many bibi-C25 recorders. The use of recorders in the Internet network allows you to connect scattered locations (eg, chain stores) in a single T&A system (and access control using other bibinet system devices). These properties allow you to build almost unlimited system managed from one place.
Installation
The recorder is powered over the Ethernet (PoE). This enables the use of structured cabling in object of installation. PoE adapter and power supply must be installed on switch location.
The device configuration , can be done from the setup menu displayed on the touch screen is or via a web browser using a built-in web server.
Event Registration
The reader reads the (UID) Philips Mifare ® cards identifier with a standard length 4 bytes and a length of 7 bytes (typical for Ultralight and DESFire cards). Cards (key rings) of this type are commonly used as city cards, public transport tickets or student cards. Therefore, to use T&A system may be issued special cards or used this type of cards already held by employees.
Time in recorder is based on the real-time clock that is synchronized to the time servers on the Internet.
The choice the type of event being recorded (start, stop, normal, business, etc.) is made based on the keys displayed on the touch screen. This screen displays the standard time and three buttons: start, stop and bibi function key. Touching this button starts pop-up menu that provide more options.
Software
Bibi-C25 recorder works with bibi software (T&A and access control system) .This software allows to configure the device and automatic collection of registrations. Bibi software lets you to generate multiple individual and collective reports . It enables employees viewing these reports through a web browser. The software allows you to export registered data to other payroll systems and export data to spreadsheets. The program is licensed.
